Welcome to the Houston Camera Exchange Online Order Payment System


This payment system is designed for Houston Camera Exchange's (HCE's) customers that wish to phone in product orders or pay for their eBay purchases using a credit card, eCheck or PayPal account. There are many benefits to using this system versus calling HCE with a credit card number. Some of these benefits include:

 HCE uses PayPal to process online payments. PayPal is a respected and highly trusted secure payment method which uses rock-solid 128-bit encryption for all transactions. You do NOT need to be a PayPal member to use this system.
•
 No customer financial information is transmitted to HCE and there is no surcharge or fee to the customer for this service.
•
 Payments are received virtually immediately by HCE and you will receive an email confirmation of your payment from PayPal with a transaction number and total amount billed to your credit card or checking account.
•
 We will confirm your payment and, if the product you are requesting is in stock, we will ship within 1-2 business days with shipment tracking information (if applicable).

 

Instructions for Use

1.
 You should already have a total amount for this order from your HCE representative or eBay transaction notification. This amount will include all applicable shipping and taxes and will be the final amount of your payment.
2.
 Click on the button below, where you will be redirected to a secure HCE / PayPal linked server. The padlock symbol in the lower right-hand corner of your browser window will tell you that you have arrived at a secure / encrypted page.
3.
 Follow the instructions provided by PayPal for payment information (remember, none of your financial information is being transmitted to HCE). You can make payments with a credit card without a PayPal account. If you have a PayPal account, you also have the option of eCheck and using funds in your PayPal account for payment (be advised that eCheck payments require 3-4 business days to clear).
